Unit counts are saleable yield after the 10% handling-loss buffer (which already covers sample pulls + COA testing). Logging a sample on the Samples tab is informational and does not decrement the SKU's available total.

Bulk cannabis intake — one row per METRC package: vendor, strain, weight, cost. Production planning + pricing live elsewhere.

Strains
Drop 1 lineup. Add custom strains for future drops or one-offs.
Cultivation
Plant batches with per-plant METRC tags and flowering timing. Harvesting a batch creates its intake lot automatically — the grow and the processing side stay one chain.
Lots & Traceability
Post-harvest workflow with a weight ledger. Every stage change appends an immutable event; the remaining balance is derived, never overwritten.
Tasks
Work assigned to a person against a record. Assigning notifies them — a stage change on its own tells nobody.
People
Everyone the facility deals with. External contacts can be given a portal login — they see only their own tasks, and are refused by the rest of the API.
SOPs & Recipes
Standard operating procedure and full packaging bill for every format. Materials are generated from the same recipe the line draws against, so this binder cannot fall out of step with what production actually consumes.
Reports
Export data, print batch sheets, run snapshot reports.
CSV exports open cleanly in Excel / Sheets.
